Returns

Our 100-night sleep trial applies only to mattresses, adjustable bases, and sleep bundles purchased on maloufhome.com. All other returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Purchases made in-store or through a retailer's website will have a separate policy and must be handled with that retailer. To return an online purchase, send us an email at info@maloufhome.com.

  • Bundles

    Sleep bundle returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a sleep bundle, we ask that you try it for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.

    To be eligible for return, the adjustable base must be functional, clean, and undamaged. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Once it arrives, we will do an inspection of the base before initiating your return. If the adjustable base or mattress is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.

    Mattresses only qualify for a full refund if a protector was used during the 100-day trial period. Malouf™ provides a free protector with every mattress purchase. As a Certified B Corporation®, Malouf™ is dedicated to sustainable practices and giving back to those in need. Upon starting a return, we request you donate the mattress to a 501(c)(3) charity. Once you have emailed your proof of donation, we will process your refund.

  • Mattresses

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Once it arrives, we will do an inspection of the furniture before initiating your return. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.

  • Accessories

    All accessory returns (bedding, pillows, protectors, and toppers) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product cannot be opened or used. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
