Hours: Full Time, M-F, Some Weekends 

 

Wage: DOE 

 

Position Overview:  

There are two openings for this role.  

 Malouf is looking for customer experience team managers to join our department. We are looking for individuals who will help support the vision of being leaders in happy and well rested customers, support and encourage the growth of our team members, and strive for excellence in providing a high level of customer experience.  

 

Duties Include but are not limited to:  

  • Active department & employee development in line with company direction 
  • Employee hiring and reviews 
  • Guardian of the Malouf culture  
  • Owning the customer experience 
  • Balancing the various needs of our business partners with company objectives 
  • Collaborating with other departments 

 

Qualifications and Skills include but are not limited to: 

  • Skilled at communication and social cues 
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent follow through 
  • Ability to define and set expectations 
  • Skilled at conflict management 
  • Ability to create resources needed for success 
  • Self-motivated, acknowledging and learning from mistakes, while being a team player 
  • Firm understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
