Account Manager- Wholesale Division


location: Logan, UT

hours: Full Time

Malouf is looking for an Account Manager to help drive sales in our wholesale division, with a focus on the western regions of the US. This individual will participate in developing business strategies to help maximize sales opportunities with existing accounts while building long-term relationships. This position requires strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Help new and existing accounts reach their sales potential by evaluating trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
  • Deliver exceptional service, daily
  • Problem solve issues in a timely manner
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities through prospecting
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary
  • Present a professional persona; in person,  on the phone, and through written communication
  • Daily sales calls

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 year minimum experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to recognize the relative value of accounts and prioritize accordingly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to make quick, smart decisions with limited information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
