We are excited to announce our plans to build a new 650,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Logan, Utah that will accommodate our growing team along with our expanding in-house capabilities.
Inspired by The Longaberger Company headquarters in Frazeysburg, Ohio, we are collaborating with a team of architects and engineers to construct this new building in the image of our top-selling Z™ Shoulder Zoned Dough® Lavender Pillow.
“This new campus will really give us the space we need to accommodate our explosive growth,” said Sam Malouf, founder, and CEO. “We’re excited to transition into this building that represents the authenticity and integrity of the Malouf brand.”
The 13-story building will depict the unique qualities of the lavender-infused pillow, including the ventilated zoning, natural lavender scent, and shoulder cutout design. When combined, these features will promote a refreshing environment for our employees and guests.
Additionally, we plan to offer several new amenities that a few of our employees are currently testing on a virtual reality system. Some of these amenities include a mandatory dunk tank, a levitating UFC arena, and an interactive crab park.
We plan to break ground in late spring of 2019 and complete the building by April 1, 2021. “Our new headquarters will be the perfect complement to the natural beauty of Cache Valley,” Malouf said. “We want to honor our home with more jobs, economic growth, and this beautiful structure.”
